Alexander Robson - Accompanist

As Worcester's leading large classical choir, Worcester Festival Choral Society has been delighted to welcome outstanding musician Alexander Robson as its Accompanist from September 2026, when he joined Worcester Cathedral as Assistant Director of Music. 

Alexander previously held organ scholarships at St George’s Chapel, Windsor and Westminster Cathedral, and was organ scholar at St John’s College in Cambridge during his time as an undergraduate.

As well as accompanying Worcester Festival Choral Society, Alex’s role at Worcester Cathedral is central to sustaining its musical life, including playing the organ for the majority of cathedral services, and for directing the Voluntary and Youth choirs.
